Checks and money orders can be sent to the above office location. Cash may be delivered in person during our office hours. Please make checks payable to Philadelphia Affiliate of SGK. If check, money order or cash is a pledge  or on behalf of an individual or a Team, please include a note with the person's full name and address and/or the full team name so we may credit them properly. Please include your phone number so we may clarify any information as needed.

Nancy G. Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer.  In 1982, that promise became Susan G. Komen for the Cure and launched the global breast cancer movement to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all, and energizing science to find the cures.

When you Race for the Cure in Philadelphia, you empower us, here at home, to:

  • Improve treatment and care,
  • Invest the most resources toward finding a cure, and

At Susan G. Komen for the Cure, making a world without breast cancer a reality is our single-minded mission. As part of the world's largest breast cancer organization, the Philadelphia Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure embraces hundreds of thousands of people in our community in the Komen vision to end breast cancer forever...working every day to empower all men and women...from all walks of life...in all generations.
The Komen Philadelphia Affiliate is driven by a family philosophy. We are rooted in the promise between two sisters- Susan G. Komen and Nancy G. Brinker- and we pledge to be sisters to all the people we serve.
